The level of social instability is palpable, and the nation's coping skills have all but disappeared. Of course, our wise leaders have decided that the solution to our collective angst is to arm everyone -- innocent children, grandchildren and other collateral damage be damned. I highly recommend Sarah Kendzior's Substack posts and her books, especially "They Knew," to get a handle on how FUBAR we are as a country and as a species.
